All UK packages will be sent out via RoyalMail Delivery Service Monday to Friday (business days) ONLY.
Tracking number is provided for ALL Delivery Services.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to be updated once confirmation has been received.

Processing time can increase due to the amount of orders.
Please note that your order will be shipped after it has been processed, please check processing times above.
This means that during the processing time your tracking will only be updated once we have finished processing your order.
Once the shipping company have collected it and scanned it will update.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct as this can't be changed once your order I has been placed to avoid any issues with parcel getting stolen or missing !
Royal Mail network is currently reporting delays in delivery times due to reduced staffing levels and high demand on the network.
This may cause delays in your package arriving (up to 4 extra days).
Please await the time frame given for your tracking to be updated.
To ensure that we are delivering to the right person/address will we require a signature upon arrival of packaging at the door. If you are not in or unable to sign for your package this will result in it to unfortunately be sent back to your local depot.
It is the customers duty to ensure their shipping address is correct.
Will I have to pay for custom fees and import taxes ?
All International packages will be sent by ROYAL MAIL, customers are liable to pay any custom tax or duties on their shipping, if they have been informed to do so by their local authority. VLUR HAIR COLLECTION is not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country..
Europe: Estimated Delivery up to 11 working days £18.99
North America: Estimated Delivery up to 4 working days £24.99 (express)
Rest of the World: Estimated Delivery 2-5 working days up to £29.99 (express)
REFUNDS and RETURNS :
Due to the nature of our product and hygiene regulations, once purchased frontals , our wigs cannot be returned .
Refunds and exchanges are NOT offered on any product as all of our products are final sale.
We offer no warranty or guarantee: if you damage your frontal , bundles or wigs in any way , we are not liable and will not offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not offer refunds for goods that are sent to incorrect addresses. Once product is returned to us, we can offer to re- send it to the correct address once customer has paid for new postage.
Product returns: we do NOT ACCEPT the return of products unless damaged. In such a case, please make a claim by emailing vlurhaircollection @gmail.com the clear photos of the damage along with proof of purchase.
The return of any product will not be accepted should the item show any evidence of being altered or used.
You must notify us via email and return the item within 28 days of receipt of order.
All returns MUST comply with these guidelines and will undergo a full quality inspection upon their return. Refunds will not be given for change of mind.

Any chemicals or hair products that you use is out of our control or any other person that places it on the hair is out of our control.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by over bleaching or hair dye.
We suggest seeking professional help when dying your hair extensions.
All orders are automatically processed as soon as they are placed.
During this process we incur irreversible fees.
Therefore, whilst we understand orders may need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it once it has been processed.
